   Guide to the diagnosis of adult ADD in clinical practice

    ADD questionnaire (the questionnaire can help clinicians identify executive function deficits and determine how severely they are affecting the patient's life.  In conjunction with a personal interviews, they can help the clinician make or exclude the diagnosis of ADD.)
